Day 1:

  • Initial  kick off meeting and environmenτ assessment
  • Planning Workshop- Business requirement

Day 2-3:

  • Prerequisite check and Environment setup (includes site to site VPN and Azure domain controller)
  • Assign necessary tenant permissions
  • Create a WVD Host Pool for application publishing
  • Create an application group and assign applications and users
  • Set up Remote Desktop client app and test

Deliverables: Day 4-9

Day 4:

  • Test WVD deployment with customer team

Dat 5-8 (Premium option):

  • Set up Azure Key Vault and configure Azure Disk Encryption for WVD Host Pool hosts
  • Set up Azure Monitor to monitor diagnostics and performance for the WVD host Pool
  • Enrol WVD Host Pool hosts in Azure Security Centre for security monitoring
  • Set up Azure Sentinel to monitor WVD security events

Day 9:

  • Test Premium feratures with client team
